Return Policy:

MultiLoops software is not returnable.  If there is a problem with your drive reading any of the discs, please let us know.  It is extremely rare that you would receive a problem disc, however, we would be more than happy to replace it if this is the case.  Please let us know as soon as possible.

If you are having issues using the loops, please consult the manual for the software in which you are using them. Or you can email us at any of the addresses below for help. We have demos of our products on our website, on each of the product pages, or on disc if you need one, to try before purchasing the product.

License Agreement

The sounds on these discs are licensed to the original purchaser of these discs for use in music production only.  Copying, duplicating, selling, lending, electronically transmitting, renting or other uses not specifically for the purpose of music production is prohibited by law.

 

Transferring Licenses

MultiLoops does not allow the transferring of our products to another individual. Only the original registered owner is allowed to use the software.
 

Multiple Licenses

MultiLoops allows up to 2 installations for every licensed copy of the product that you own. We authorize this with the understanding that you may have more then one computer that you use for songwriting. If you need additional licenses for more than 2 computers please contact sales@multiloops.com for more information.

Privacy Policy

We do not share ANY personal information submitted to us with any third parties outside of the necessary information to process payments for your order.  We also do not send email to anyone that did not order from us or contact us requesting information.  If you find yourself getting any unwanted email from us, please reply with "REMOVE" and we will remove you from our email database immediately.  We do not buy e/mailing lists nor do we sell our e/mailing lists to anyone.

Shipping Policy

Please note that we make EVERY effort to get FedEx orders out on the same day they are received.  FedEx orders are normally shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of your order.  All other domestic orders will be shipped via Priority Mail through the US Postal service.  Your credit card is NEVER charged until your order ships.

International Orders:

International orders are welcome through our site. There is an $8 Air Mail charge for ALL international orders. We can quote expedited service to your international address upon request.
